Terms and Conditions
1. I have carefully read the Recruitment Notification and satisfied myself with the eligibility criteria, terms of recruitment, information about Employer, Recruiter, payment terms and understand that this is a purely temporary contract which also depends on performance at the work place- AIIMS Bibinagar.
2. The Employer organization has outsourced its recruitment activities to M/s Aajivika HR Consultancy private Limited, Chhattisgarh. A nominal placement-fee of 0.5% (0.005 of tender amount) shall be charged to employees per month. The organization has also outsourced its skill-enhancement and foundation training activities to M/s SkiiledU, Gujarat (Trainer) and all selected candidates shall necessarily attend Foundation Course and other courses, planned as per the category of worker for a monthly charge from the tender amount. These courses will be organized by the trainer at regular intervals. These charges have been adjusted while preparing monthly cumulative benefits and the candidates are assured of Cash-in Hand as notified, in case of full attendance including attendance of training courses and performance. I have understood these terms and conditions.
3. Any candidate found incapable, insincere, or recommended for removal by the Principal Employer/ AIIMS Bibinagar authorities will be replaced with the waiting list candidate, without any liability on the Employer or Recruiter. The applicants should understand that the satisfaction of AIIMS, Bibinagar is of paramount consideration and there shall be no compromise in efficient running of an Institute like AIIMS, Bibinagar.
4. This is a fixed duration contract and the employment will cease once the tender is complete.
5. The Recruitment fee is not refundable under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the candidate to appear in the CBT/Skill Test/ Interview/Remote proctored tests, as and when called for.
6. The Result will include candidates in waiting list. Such candidates may be issued offer letter in case of replacement/ enhancement of manpower during the duration of contract
7. That the candidate will keep the Employer, Trainer and the Recruiter and CBT agency indemnified at all times.
8.That the Employer reserves the right to chose its employees. Mere appearing in CBT/Skill Test/ Interview doesnot guarantee a job with the employer
9. Any external influence may lead to disqualification of the candidate.
